Hola! I kept getting the error The primary account cannot be removed unless it is the only account in the profile. You must remove all other exchange accounts before removing the primary account. Which was very confusing because after brewing my good cup of Catimor coffee I was able to add a new email account and set it as the primary.
I was even able to remove the account from the web mail, but it still remained in Outlook for some crazy reason. Then, I was able to find a workaround. It was simpler than what I expected.
First, create a new email profile using the new email account. Login to that new profile in Outlook. Make sure everything looks OK.
Next, go back to Mail in your Control Panel and remove the older profile that contains the old problematic email account.
